How do I exchange or return my order?
Much like our luxury suitcases and designer wallets, our luxury fragrances can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving the product. Do note that your Louis Vuitton fragrance needs to be in its original packaging, unopened and sealed. Otherwise, you may risk your purchase being confiscated by the domestic and international authorities governing the safe and legal transportation of fragrances.
To initiate an exchange, please contact Client Services and follow the following steps:
- Your Client Services Advisor will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up and shipped back to us. This service is complimentary to you.
- You will receive an email confirming your exchange/return request as well as all the pickup details. Your cancellation will be effective from the date you call us.
- Put your item(s) in the original Louis Vuitton packaging along with the original receipt, instructional leaflet, warranty and product certificates, and returns & exchanges voucher into a parcel and seal accordingly.
- Hand the parcel over to the courier.

Louis Vuitton can deliver our luxury perfume within the country/region where the order was placed online or by phone. We offer the following delivery options:
- Premium Shipping: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 pm (complimentary).
- Express Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 5 pm (complimentary).
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 7 – 14 working days.
- Collect in Store: Orders are available for collection 1 day after your order is confirmed at our Ngee Ann City, Ion Orchard, or Marina Bay Sands stores. You will receive an SMS once your order is ready for collection (Complimentary).
